We offer FREE* shipping Australia-wide for orders over $250 — because we love treating our flower lovers 💐

Please note that a shipping fee may still apply for orders being sent to remote or regional areas, or locations with less frequent courier runs. These fees reflect excess postage surcharges passed on by our courier service.

If this applies to your order, we'll be in touch before dispatch to confirm and discuss options.

Our courier partners do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers, so please provide a physical delivery address when placing your order.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMES FOR ONLINE ORDERS (AUSTRALIA)

We aim to dispatch orders within:

• 4 business days for standard home & décor purchases
• Up to 15 business days for wedding flower orders as these are made to order

The production/dispatch timeframes above apply to in-stock items only. If any item in your order is marked as a pre-order, that item follows the pre-order dispatch date shown on its product page, which replaces the standard production timeframes.

Pre-order items are clearly marked with a PRE-ORDER tag, and the estimated dispatch date will be clearly listed on the product page at the top of the description ABOVE our standard production timeframes.

Please check this carefully before purchasing, as pre-order timelines vary by design and can also move. Given how clear we make this across our site, orders cannot be cancelled and we do not offer refunds if pre-order information was not reviewed prior to checkout.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• 2–10 business days for most metro areas
• Up to 14 business days for regional and remote locations (including WA, as we ship from Brisbane)

Orders are generally sent with Authority to Leave as default, allowing parcels to be left safely at your delivery address. If you'd prefer signature on delivery, please let us know prior to dispatch.

We're a Brisbane based studio and we ship to select countries outside Australia:

Our Bridal Party Essentials and Single Stems are available to order internationally. Ceremony and reception pieces aren't available to order from outside Australia.

All orders are carefully packed and shipped in protective boxes to ensure your florals arrive safely. Depending on the size and contents of your order, items may be sent across multiple parcels.

Important timing information

Many of our styles are released as pre-orders. This means your order will not ship immediately and will be dispatched on the estimated dispatch date listed on the product page at the time of purchase.

When ordering internationally, you must allow for international transit time on top of this dispatch date.

To be safe, especially for larger orders, we recommend allowing at least 8–12 weeks from the dispatch/order date to account for production, international shipping, and potential customs delays.

We are not able to guarantee delivery by a specific date for international orders.

Shipping costs

International shipping is calculated at checkout, and prices are shown in your local currency so you'll see exactly what you're paying before you commit.

Delivery timeframes

We don't show a delivery estimate at checkout. Once your order is on its way, an estimated delivery timeframe will appear on the tracking link provided by the freight carrier.

If you'd like an idea of transit time before you order, just let us know and we'll find out for you.

Once an order has left our studio, transit delays are outside of our control and Sonder & Stone Boutique cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

Customs, duties & taxes

United States: import duties and fees are calculated and collected at checkout, shown as a separate line before you pay. There shouldn't be anything further for you to pay once your parcel arrives.

New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom and Ireland: any customs duties, taxes or import fees are set by your local customs authority and are payable by the recipient. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

All international orders are shipped GST-free, so Australian GST is not charged on your order.

Sometimes things don't go to plan in transit. Delays, damages or unexpected hiccups can happen once your flowers leave our hands. That's where our Peace of Mind Cover comes in.

Add this optional cover at checkout and if anything goes wrong in transit, we'll guarantee a refund or replacement. No stress, no fuss.

This cover includes:

• Items damaged in transit and no longer in a usable state
• Lost or undelivered parcels (once confirmed by the courier)
• Courier delivery errors, such as parcels delivered to the wrong address

You'll see the option to add Peace of Mind Cover to your cart before checkout, so simply tick the box if you'd like the extra protection 🌸

Peace of Mind Cover is available on international orders too, and we'd really encourage it. Once a parcel leaves Australia it passes through several carriers and a customs border, so there are more hands involved and more that can go wrong.

Without Peace of Mind Cover, we'll still do our best to assist, however compensation for courier-related issues (including loss or damage) isn't guaranteed and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
