How do i keep my artificial flowers clean?

Don't worry, keeping your everlasting flowers clean is a piece of cake! Just give them a gentle dusting with a soft brush or use a hairdryer on a low, cool setting to remove any dust.

If your silk stems get out of shape, you can also use a garment steamer to bring them back to life.

No water or cleaning solutions needed!

Where are you based, and do you ship Australia-wide?

We’re based in Brisbane, QLD, and ship our premium artificial florals Australia-wide. Whether it’s bouquets or large ceremony displays, we ensure your florals arrive safely and ready to go, no matter where you are based in Australia!

Do you have a minimum spend?

Not for our ready-to-order florals—buy a little or a lot (and enjoy our “Bundle Up + Save” deals!).

For custom wedding bookings, we have a minimum spend of $1,500 (excluding delivery fees).

Do you have a showroom or offer consultations?

We’re an online-based business and don’t currently have a physical showroom.

For custom bookings, our design process is handled online with lots of visual references, mood boards, and communication to bring your vision to life.

We allow small tweaks (like adjusting colours or minor stems) on some pieces, but our online collection is mostly designed to be ready-to-go. If you’re after something more tailored, a custom wedding booking might be a better fit.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We offer returns for store credit within 30 days of purchase (excluding sale items, made-to-order pieces, or customised florals). Check out our full Returns Policy for all the deets.

How long does shipping take?

Production times vary and are listed on each product page—some pieces are ready-to-ship, others may take up to 14 business days. You’ll get tracking info once your order is on the move.

Can I send artificial flowers as a gift?

Absolutely! Our artifical florals make gorgeous gifts. Add a note at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten card with your message

What is "Piece of Mind" Cover?

Sometimes, things don’t go to plan in transit — delays, damages, or unexpected hiccups can happen once your flowers leave our hands. Our Peace of Mind Cover is here to keep things simple if they do.

Add this optional cover to your order and if anything goes wrong in transit, we’ll guarantee either a replacement or a full refund. No stress. No fuss.

This covers:

  • items that are damaged in transit and are no longer in a useable state
  • lost or undelivered parcels (once confirmed by the courier)
  • courier delivery errors (e.g. delivered to the wrong address)

How does the booking process work?

1. Submit an enquiry to receive a personalised quote

2. Lock in your date with a 20% non-refundable deposit (min $300)

3. We start designing 6-8 weeks before your wedding

4. Your florals will arrive atleast 3 weeks before the big day

Do you ship wedding flowers interstate?

Yes! We ship Australia-wide. Everything is carefully packed and ready for easy DIY install—perfect for couples planning from afar.

How far in advance should I book my wedding flowers?

We only take on a limited number of weddings each month, so the earlier the better! 9–12 months ahead is ideal, especially for peak seasons (Jan–May and Sept–Dec).

Do you offer on-the-day setups?

We sure do—for weddings between Byron Bay and the Sunshine Coast. A $5,000 minimum spend applies. We offer setup only (no packdowns or transitions)—since all flowers are yours to keep!
