We offer FREE* shipping Australia-wide for orders over $100 — because we love treating our flower lovers 💐

Please note that a shipping fee may still apply for orders being sent to remote or regional areas, or locations with less frequent courier runs. These fees reflect excess postage surcharges passed on by our courier service.

If this applies to your order, we’ll be in touch before dispatch to confirm and discuss options.

Our courier partners do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers, so please provide a physical delivery address when placing your order.

PEACE OF MIND COVER (AUSTRALIA ONLY)

Sometimes, things don’t go to plan in transit — delays, damages or unexpected hiccups can happen once your flowers leave our hands. That’s where our Peace of Mind Cover comes in.

Add this optional cover at checkout and if anything goes wrong in transit, we’ll guarantee a refund or replacement. No stress, no fuss.

This cover includes:

• Items damaged in transit and no longer in a usable state

• Lost or undelivered parcels (once confirmed by the courier)

• Courier delivery errors, such as parcels delivered to the wrong address

You’ll see the option to add Peace of Mind Cover to your cart before checkout — simply tick the box if you’d like the extra protection 🌸

Without Peace of Mind Cover, we’ll still do our best to assist, however compensation for courier-related issues (including loss or damage) isn’t guaranteed and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

DELIVERY TIMES FOR ONLINE ORDERS (AUSTRALIA)

We aim to dispatch orders within:

• 4 business days for standard home & décor purchases

• Up to 15 business days for wedding flower orders

During sale periods, dispatch timeframes may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes — thank you for your patience while we work through orders as quickly as possible.

If any item in your order is marked as a pre-order, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be clearly listed on the product page. Please check this carefully before purchasing, as pre-order timelines vary by design. Orders cannot be cancelled if pre-order information was not reviewed prior to checkout.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• 2–10 business days for most metro areas

• Up to 14 business days for regional and remote locations (including WA, as we ship from Brisbane)

Orders are generally sent with Authority to Leave as default, allowing parcels to be left safely at your delivery address. If you’d prefer signature on delivery, please let us know prior to dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer international shipping on bouquets and buttonholes only, to a select list of countries.

All international orders are carefully packed and shipped in protective boxes to ensure your florals arrive safely. Depending on the size and contents of your order, items may be sent across multiple parcels.

Shipping costs

International shipping is calculated at checkout based on parcel size and order contents. Shipping is charged per parcel and may increase for larger orders requiring multiple boxes.

International delivery timeframes vary by country and carrier. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and do not include customs processing delays.

Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your local customs authority.
