🌸 what it is
What Are Online (Ready to Purchase) Wedding Flowers?
Our online collection features ready-to-go wedding flower designs sold exactly as shown on our website. Each piece is handcrafted in our Brisbane studio using the same premium artificial blooms and signature styling you'd find in our custom work. These designs are thoughtfully curated, released in small batches, and made to order.
They're ideal for couples who've found a style they love and want a streamlined path to securing their flowers, without a full custom design consultation. No minimum spend. Just beautiful flowers, handled.
What "Sold As Shown" Actually Means
Our Ready to Purchase range is designed to be completely ready for your wedding day straight out of the box. Everything arrives finished, styled, and ready to use with zero DIY required on the morning.
✅ Bouquets arrive fully styled and ribbon-wrapped, ready to hold straight out of the box.
✅ Ceremony and signage arrangements are made up in the vases shown, ready to place and go.
✅ Arbour and statement pieces are designed to attach to frames with zip ties or similar, with clear instructions provided.
Because of this, designs are sold exactly as shown in the product images. The overall look, colour palette, scale, and flower selection all remain consistent so you know precisely what's arriving. We don't offer customisations to the online range. If you need full creative flexibility or a cohesive design across multiple custom elements, our custom booking service is the better path.
When Should You Order?
This is the most important thing to understand about our online range: most styles will be on pre-order. We work in small batches, designs sell out and move to future dispatch dates, and the usual "order X weeks before the wedding" rule doesn't always apply in the traditional sense.
If a style is on pre-order: Always check the dispatch date listed on the product page first. That's the current estimated dispatch timeframe. We recommend allowing at least 4 weeks from that dispatch date before your wedding, to allow for shipping and give you a comfortable buffer.
If a style is in stock: We recommend ordering 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding. This allows for production time of 10 to 15 business days plus shipping, and a little buffer so nothing feels rushed.
The key takeaway: always check the product page date first, then work backwards from there. Pre-order dates can shift as batches sell out, so if your wedding date is approaching, double-check that the listed date still works for you before purchasing.
Order Ahead and Store Safely
One of the most genuinely wonderful things about artificial wedding flowers is the ability to receive them well ahead of your wedding and store them safely until the day. No wilting timeline, no last-minute stress. When your flowers arrive, unpack them carefully, let them settle after transit, and if everything looks perfect (as it should), pop them back in their boxes for safekeeping. Store out of direct sunlight, away from damp or humid spaces, and keep them covered from dust. When your wedding day arrives, take them out, give them a gentle fluff if needed, and you're ready.
